Mosaic Wise works with individuals, education, and businesses to Support and Enable Children and Young Adults to fully identify who they are and develop to be the best that they can be in the various environments & contexts they encounter in life, in what is an increasingly diverse and complex world.

Mosaic Wise was founded and is led by Susan Popoola as part of her vision of developing a Mosaic World in which everyone's value is fully appreciated and realised.

Lindsey Styles
Lindsey Styles is a prominent figure in the educational landscape of Milton Keynes with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles within Milton Keynes college, where she worked for over 30 years before retiring in 2022. Lindsey was notably the Group Director of Inclusion, highlighting her commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment.
Andrew Hencken
Andrew Hencken is a notable figure in the field of education and project management, recently serving as the Enterprise & Employability Project Officer at the University of Buckingham enhancing employability initiatives and fostering enterprise skills among students. Prior to this position, he held leadership roles in secondary educatio where he was involved in significant educational assessments and improvements
